Stone Ring — Purple Agate

This Brazilian agate ring is size 20 and measures approximately 3 × 3 cm overall. The entire ring, including the band and rounded top, is carved from a single piece of stone and polished, with no metal. Purple intertwines with white and light lavender bands that sweep in dense arcs around the sides of the stone. On top, the layers close around a dark purple core near one edge. The ring is made of stone, so its size cannot be adjusted. The stone shown in the photos is the exact piece we will ship.

About the Stone

Agate forms in volcanic rocks from chalcedony, which settles in concentric layers, one around another. The layers vary in color, so bands and rings can be seen in a cross-section of the stone. Care

Put the ring on only after your hand cream and perfume have dried. Remove the stone ring for sports, cleaning, and gardening. Store it in a soft pouch or a separate compartment in your jewelry box.
