Delivery costs

Free delivery from 300 zł by InPost Courier and to InPost Paczkomat parcel lockers. No code needed: the checkout will show 0 zł automatically. Does not apply to ORLEN Paczka, Courier on delivery or oversized shipments.

Delivery in Poland

During free delivery promotions, the checkout may show a lower price than the table. We announce promotions in the bar at the top of the page.

Cash on delivery

Orders shipped within Poland can be paid for on delivery (cash on delivery): choose payment on delivery at checkout, in the payment step. The “Courier on delivery” option costs 17 zł for any order amount. We do not ship cash on delivery outside Poland.

Pickup at the boutique

You can collect your order free of charge at our boutique: 61 Grzybowska Street, unit 5, 00-844 Warsaw, Platinum Towers Shopping Arcade, ground floor — opposite Browary Warszawskie.

Opening hours: Monday–Friday 11:00–19:00, Saturday 10:00–18:00, Sunday closed.

At checkout, choose pickup at “Brazi Druse Jewelry” (Grzybowska 61/5). You can pay online or in person at the boutique: by card, in cash or with BLIK. Once you have placed your order, we will let you know when it is ready for pickup. How to find us

Large specimens

We ship the heaviest specimens, such as mineral tables, within Poland as an InPost oversized shipment for 45 zł, for any order amount. At checkout you will see it as “Oversized shipment (non-standard InPost package)”. You can also collect a large specimen free of charge at the boutique.

The checkout shows the oversized shipment only for an address in Poland. If you would like a specimen shipped abroad, write to us: brazi@brazi.pl. We will check how to ship it and how much it will cost.

Outside Poland

We ship to 26 countries outside Poland. The checkout will show the cost in your country’s currency.

For Germany and Austria, free delivery from 70 € applies to the “DPD International Door to Door” option. The other option at checkout, “DPD International Door to Door Ext”, costs 12 € for any order amount.

20 EU countries (13 €): Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

For Ireland and the United Kingdom, the checkout converts 90 zł at the current exchange rate. Delivery outside Poland usually takes 5–14 working days, depending on the country.

For Finland, Cyprus and countries not listed in the table (e.g. Switzerland, Norway), the checkout will not show any delivery option. Please write to us before you buy: brazi@brazi.pl.

When we ship

We ship within 1–3 working days of the order being placed and paid for, or, with cash on delivery, of the order being placed.

If the jewelry is made to order, we state the waiting time on the product page, e.g. “up to 7 working days” or “up to 20 working days”. In that case, the time stated on the product page applies. If the product page does not state it, ask us before you buy.

Returns and contact

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it, without giving a reason. The jewelry must be unworn and in its original box; you send it back at your own cost (Return policy).
