Beige Agate Stud Earrings, Gold-Plated
This pair of stud earrings features two stones - Brazilian agate, each measuring approximately 1 × 1 cm. Gold-plated brass surrounds the edge and back of each round druzy, leaving the tiny crystals at the front exposed. The beige is cool and slightly ashy, and the entire surface sparkles with dense, tiny crystals. A few lighter, almost white grains cluster along the lower edge of one stone. The stone shown in the photos is the exact one we will ship.

About the stone
Every agate has its own pattern of layers, and no two are alike. The layers themselves are chalcedony deposited concentrically in volcanic rocks, and the individual bands vary in color, combining to create the stone's pattern. Learn more in the article Agate - Properties and Varieties on our blog.
Care
Remove the earrings for sports, gardening, and cleaning with detergents, and put them back on when you're done. Clean the gold-plated surface with a soft cloth, without using a silver polishing cloth or polishing paste. Clean the crystals with a dry, soft brush. The gold plating is covered by a one-year warranty: if a claim is approved, we will re-plate the earrings. The gold plating can also be refreshed later at our workshop - the boutique can provide the price and timeframe. Store them in a soft pouch or a separate compartment in a jewelry box.
