FAQ and Returns Policy - Brazi Druse Jewelry

RETURNS

We have extended the return period especially for you! If you wish to return purchased jewelry, you can do so within 30 days from the order date without giving a reason.

Returned jewelry must show no signs of use and must be packaged in its original box. A receipt or invoice must be attached to the return. The cost of returning products is borne by the customer.

EXCHANGE

If the jewelry you chose is unsuitable for any reason and you wish to exchange it for another product from our store, you have 30 days from receiving your order to do so. Exchanged jewelry must show no signs of use. Please contact us by email brazi@brazi.pl or by phone at 575 666 195 – we will certainly help you.

WARRANTY

I Gold-plated jewelry:

1. Gold-plated jewelry from the Raw Minerals collection has a one-year warranty on the gold plating, which includes:

For the above-mentioned collections, in case of gold wear, the refreshing of the jewelry is our responsibility. The jewelry can be delivered or sent to our boutique:

2. Other collections and chains are not covered by a warranty against gold wear. The wear of gold-plated jewelry is a natural process and results from the way it is used. If you want the jewelry to retain its freshness longer, do not sleep, bathe, or use products containing alcohol (perfumes, soaps, mists) while wearing it.

If you wish to refresh your gold-plated jewelry, please write or call us for an individual quote. We offer attractive prices for 24-karat gold, silver, or rhodium plating.

II Mineral damage:

The warranty does not cover mechanical damage to the mineral (e.g., cracks, chips, etc.). We use only natural minerals in our jewelry, which can be damaged if struck. We encourage you to contact us – we will be happy to help and advise on repairing damaged jewelry.

III String bracelets:

The warranty does not cover the breaking of a string bracelet. We use the highest quality strings in our jewelry, but this material is delicate and can break if pulled. String bracelets should not be worn while bathing, as water can stretch the material, increasing the risk of breakage. If you encounter problems, please contact us – we will help and advise whether a repair is possible.
