Emerald Clasp Taurus Bracelet

Small 3 mm emerald beads on a 14 cm circumference, with a 4 cm extender and lobster clasp - fastened for centimetre-by-centimetre adjustment. The beads are semi-transparent; by a window, the green becomes lighter and you can see inclusions within it, while in the shade it deepens to a rich, cool tone. The clasp, chain section and decorative bead are made of silver or gold-plated silver - one metal throughout the bracelet, your choice.

About the stone

Emerald is the green variety of beryl, which owes its cool, saturated hue to traces of chromium and vanadium. This silicate forms in pegmatites and metamorphic zones, with major deposits located in Colombia, Brazil and Zambia. Characteristic inclusions within its structure are known in French as “jardin” (garden), and they are natural evidence of the authenticity of this glassy-lustred stone. Care

Avoid contact between the emerald and detergents, and clean it only with a dry, soft cloth to avoid damaging the delicate metals. Store it in a soft pouch or a separate compartment of a jewellery box.
