Tourmaline ring on a wedding band
Tourmaline Ring on a Band
This tourmaline ring, featuring raw black and gold coloring, is set on a gold-plated brass band. The mineral’s dark surface, with its glassy luster, reveals natural elongated striations that reflect light in a balanced way. The band sits securely on the finger, presenting the stone’s organic form in a minimalist setting. The gold-plated setting brings out warm tones in the black stone. The design is based on a contrast of raw textures.

About the stone
Tourmalines belong to a group of borosilicates with a highly variable chemical composition. These crystals form mainly in pegmatites and metamorphic rocks, distinguished by their characteristic elongated striations. They have a glassy luster and the ability to form zoned, multicolored structures in which a single mineral crystal can gradually change color along its entire length. Care
Protect the gold-plated brass and tourmaline from moisture and cosmetics. A dry, soft cloth is all you need for cleaning. Store the ring in a soft pouch or a separate compartment of a jewelry box.
