Stone Ring Sizes

Solid natural stone rings have a slightly wider band than classic rings — we recommend choosing one size larger for comfortable wear.

Sizes in the European scale (finger circumference):

  • 9 — 49 mm
  • 10 — 50 mm
  • 11 — 51 mm
  • 12 — 52 mm
  • 13 — 53 mm
  • 14 — 54 mm
  • 15 — 55 mm
  • 16 — 56 mm
  • 17 — 57 mm
  • 18 — 58 mm
  • 19 — 59 mm
  • 20 — 60 mm
  • 21 — 61 mm
  • 22 — 62 mm
  • 23 — 63 mm

How to measure? Wrap a tailor’s tape or string around your finger at the widest point. Read the millimeters — that’s your circumference. Choose one size larger.

Pyrite on Agate Ring

Slip on this size 14 ring. The dark, greenish-black agate base creates a stable foundation for the golden, cubic pyrite crystals that have formed on it. Light naturally reflects off the metallic faces, revealing a contrast between matte and shine that you will notice with every glance. This unique piece stands out with a mineral arrangement that will never be replicated in another design.

About the stone

This specimen is a natural intergrowth of two minerals: layered agate, a variety of chalcedony, and cubic pyrite crystals, or iron sulfide, that have formed on it. This structure develops in cavities within rocks, where the two minerals crystallize one after the other. The dark, greenish-black agate base combined with golden, metallic pyrite creates an opaque whole with a unique crystal arrangement. Find out more in the article Pyrite — Fool’s Gold on our blog.

Care

Due to the presence of pyrite, avoid contact between the ring and water. Clean the stone only when dry, using a soft cloth. Store it in a soft pouch or a separate compartment of your jewelry box.
