Gold-Plated Necklace with Raw Pyrite
Necklace featuring raw pyrite from Peru; the stone in the pendant measures approximately 2.5 × 2.5 cm. A gold-plated basket with prongs holds the pyrite, embracing its sides while leaving the crystal-covered top exposed. The square stone is covered with crystals of various sizes, with a large, nearly perfect cube growing out of one side. As the pendant changes position, the crystals’ flat faces reflect the light one after another. The stone shown in the photos is the exact one we will send.

About the stone
Cubes and pentagonal dodecahedra are the shapes in which pyrite crystallizes. These perfectly geometric crystals are made of iron sulfide, and their faces have a metallic golden sheen. Care
Apply perfume, hairspray, and cream before fastening the necklace. Clean the gold-plated surface with a soft cloth; do not use silver polishing cloths or polishing pastes. Remove pyrite jewelry before bathing or swimming. The gold plating is covered by a one-year warranty: if a claim is approved, we will replate the pendant (the warranty does not cover the chain). The plating can also be refreshed later at our workshop — the boutique can provide the price and turnaround time. Store in a soft pouch or a separate compartment in a jewelry box.
