About the stone

Pyrite is an iron sulfide and a common mineral found in many types of rock. It forms geometric crystals with cubic or pentagonal dodecahedral shapes. Due to its intense metallic sheen and brass-yellow color, it is sometimes called “fool’s gold.” It is characterized by high hardness and a distinctive greenish-black streak, making it a classic example of symmetry in nature.
