  2. The Christmas Jewelry-Making Workshops will take place on November 22, 2026 (Sunday) from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Organizer’s boutique (address as above). The lunch break is included in the workshop duration.
  3. Places are limited. Workshops are open to adults; participants aged 13 and over may attend only when accompanied by an adult who is also taking part in the workshop. Registration and payment must be completed by an adult.

§2. Registration, price and payment

  1. Registration takes place via brazi.pl/pages/warsztaty and is valid once payment has been made (BLIK, card, Przelewy24).
  2. The price is PLN 389 per person and is a gross price (including VAT). It includes: all materials and tools, the instructor’s assistance, coffee/tea, a group lunch, participation in the holiday gift raffle (§4(3), and a 20% discount on purchases at the boutique on the day of the workshop.
  3. The order confirmation received by email serves as your admission ticket and confirmation that the contract has been concluded.
  4. These Terms and Conditions are provided free of charge before the contract is concluded on this page, in a way that allows you to download, save and reproduce them (you can also print them or save them as a PDF). To conclude the contract, you must read and accept these Terms and Conditions when registering.

§3. Cancellations, refunds and workshop cancellations

  1. Workshops are a leisure and entertainment service for which the date of service (22.11.2026) is specified in the contract. Under Article 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply. W instead, the Organizer grants the contractual rights described below.
  2. Up to 7 days before the workshop (through November 15, 2026), you may cancel without giving a reason and receive a full refund.
  3. After this deadline, you may transfer your ticket to another person at any time—just email brazi@brazi.pl with the new participant’s first name, last name, and email address (the Organizer will provide her with information about data processing in accordance with §6).
  4. The Organizer may cancel the workshop only if: (a) the minimum number of participants—5 people—has not registered, in which case registered participants will be notified by email no later than November 17, 2026; or (b) force majeure or the instructor’s sudden illness makes it impossible to hold the workshop. WIf the workshop is canceled, you can choose to attend on a new date (if one is offered) or receive a refund of all payments made, promptly and no later than within 14 days, using the same payment method. Cancellation does not exclude or limit any rights under mandatory applicable law.

§4. Workshop Proceedings

  1. The Organizer provides the materials and tools; participants take home the jewelry they make (their choice of a necklace or 2 bracelets).
  2. You may voluntarily share information about allergies or dietary requirements by email or phone—we will adapt the lunch where possible. The registration form does not collect this information.
  3. WDuring the workshop, there will be a festive gift draw. Every participant receives a gift; the draw determines only which gift she receives. Entry is free and does not require any additional purchases.
  4. Before the activity begins, the instructor gives a brief introduction to using the tools. Please follow the instructions and the instructor’s guidance—tools and small parts can cause cuts if used carelessly. A first-aid kit is available on site. Minors must work under the direct supervision of their guardian.
  5. Please arrive about 10 minutes before 11:00. Being late does not exclude you from participating—you will join the group at the current stage of the activity; completed parts of the program will not be repeated, and lateness for reasons attributable to the participant does not entitle her to a refund of the full price or any part of it.
  6. You can leave coats and bags in the designated area in the boutique; simply keep valuables with you at your workstation—there’s room for them.

§5. Image

  1. Photos and short video clips documenting the event may be taken during the workshops and used in Brazi’s communications (social media, the brazi.pl website).
  2. Shots in which a participant is recognizable (close-ups, individual shots) are published only with her voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 81(1) of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights), given before the workshops begin on the attendance sheet. Refusing consent will not affect participation in the workshops or the quality of service. With regard to minors, consent is given by their legal guardian.
  3. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing brazi@brazi.pl. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier publication, but at your request, we will remove the material from our channels within 14 days.
  4. General shots (wide shots of the room, shots of hands and jewelry), in which no participant is the main focus, are published on the basis of the Organizer’s legitimate interest in promoting the event (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You have the right to object to such publication (Article 21 GDPR).

We will notify you of any changes by email.
  2. W matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
