Terms and Conditions for Jewelry-Making Workshops

§1. Organizer and event

  1. The workshop is organized by Brazi Druse Jewelry (brazi.pl store), boutique: ul. Grzybowska 61 lok. 5, 00-844 Warsaw.
  2. The workshop will take place on August 23, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Organizer’s boutique.
  3. Places are limited. Adults may participate; minors aged 13 and over may participate under the supervision of a registered adult guardian.

§2. Registration and payment

  1. Registration takes place via brazi.pl/pages/warsztaty and is valid once payment has been made (BLIK, card, Przelewy24).
  2. The price of PLN 389 per person includes: all materials and tools, assistance from the instructor, coffee/tea, a shared lunch, a gift package, and a 20% discount on purchases at the boutique on the day of the workshop (excluding gold items).
  3. The order confirmation received by email serves as the admission ticket.

§3. Cancellation, refunds, and changes

  1. The workshop is a service related to an event scheduled for a specific date. In accordance with Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days does not apply. Regardless of this, the Organizer grants the rights described below.
  2. Up to 7 days before the workshop (through August 16, 2026, inclusive), you may cancel without giving a reason — we will issue a full refund.
  3. After this deadline, you may transfer your ticket to another person at any time — simply email brazi@brazi.pl with the new participant’s details.
  4. If the Organizer cancels the workshop (e.g., due to an insufficient number of registrations or force majeure), all payments will be refunded in full without undue delay, no later than within 14 days.
  5. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original payment.

§4. Workshop proceedings

  1. The Organizer provides the materials and tools; participants take the jewelry they make (2 bracelets and a ring) with them.
  2. Please provide information about allergies or dietary requirements during registration or by email — we will adapt the lunch where possible.
  3. Participants are required to use the tools carefully; children must remain under the supervision of their guardians.

§5. Image rights and personal data

  1. Photographs and short video footage may be taken during the workshop for Brazi’s communications (social media and website). Participation in shots is voluntary — you may object before the workshop begins; we will respect your objection without affecting your participation in the event.
  2. The Organizer is the controller of personal data. We process data (name, surname, email address, and, where applicable, dietary information) solely for the purpose of organizing the workshop, in accordance with the brazi.pl privacy policy. The person registering provides the details of additional participants with their knowledge and consent.

§6. Final provisions

  1. Matters not covered herein are governed by the brazi.pl store terms and conditions and Polish law.
