“Show Your Favorite Mineral” Contest Rules

I. General Provisions

The organizer of the contest (hereinafter "Contest") is Brazi Druse Jewelry, located in Warsaw, ul. Grzybowska 61/5, registered in CEIDG, NIP 9512203656, operating an online store at https://brazi.pl/ (hereinafter "Organizer").
The contest takes place on the Organizer's official Facebook profile: facebook.com/BraziDruseJewelry.

II. Participants

Any natural person with an active Facebook account, full legal capacity, and residing in Poland may be a participant in the Contest.
Employees of the Organizer and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

III. Duration

The Contest runs from April 26, 2025 (00:00) to May 4, 2025 (23:59).
Winners will be announced on May 5, 2025 on the Organizer's profile.

IV. Terms of Participation

Publishing on one's Facebook profile a link to a selected mineral product from the Brazi.pl offer (the thumbnail will automatically generate a photo).
Tagging the @BraziDruseJewelry profile in the post.
Using the hashtag #Brazi.pl.
Each Participant may publish any number of posts – all posts meeting the above conditions will be considered.

V. Winner Selection Rules

Posts will be evaluated based on the total number of reactions (likes, hearts) and shares.
First place: post with the highest total number of reactions and shares.
2nd–6th place: subsequent posts with the highest scores.
In case of a tie, the Organizer's Jury's decision will be final.

VI. Prizes

1st place: 300 PLN voucher for purchases at Brazi.pl.
2nd–6th place (5 people): 100 PLN voucher + free shipping.
Bonus for all participants: 10% discount on subsequent purchases at Brazi.pl + free shipping for one order.
Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the announcement of results.

VII. Announcement of Results and Prize Delivery

Results will be announced as a post on the Organizer's Facebook profile on May 5, 2025.
Winners will be notified via private message on Facebook within 48 hours.
Vouchers will be sent electronically within 7 days from the announcement of results.

VIII. Copyright

The Participant declares that they are the author of the shared link and materials and that they do not infringe on the rights of third parties.
The Participant grants the Organizer a gratuitous, non-exclusive license to use the links and automatically generated product photos in all fields of exploitation.

IX. Personal Data Protection

The data administrator is the Organizer.
Data is processed solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
The Participant has the right to access, rectify, delete, and restrict the processing of their data.
